Summary:
combine and compress stylesheets and js
Detailed Description:
i don't know if a user facing option in admin is even neccessary. it might could
be done transparently in the background. maybe it is not done currently because
css is seperated by slideshow and the css elements are all named the same? maybe
having the module append the elements with class names with numbers would allow
for combining without conflicts. on a site heavy with slideshows this can
negatively effect showtime's efficiency. thanks in advance.

update: if the dev timing would work for both groups, it would be nice if
showtime could use the jquery version used by jquerytools (i.e use jquerytools)
so that two versions don't have to be used on sites where jquery tools is a
dependency of other modules.

Bump this. Now that cmsms automatically combines stylesheets using the
cms_stylesheet tag, it would be very nice for this module to include its
stylesheets in the page's combined stylesheet. Minifying and/or externalizing
the js would be a plus, too.
