make toggle a lightweight module. i.e. jquery content block. geared towards
text, links, etc.
user's ad their own html content (using cmsms core editor functionality) in
module admin for each instance. then just call in template or page like
showtime.
multiple instances with seperate id's and classes, for styling, etc.
css and other attr in admin similar to showtime. Module could create css based
on selections but be user editable in admin text editor.
each toggle's css could display as seperate stylesheets in admin but module
would actually combine and minify the stylesheets in the background.
nested toggle boxes.
horizontal and verticle toggle per element
highlight block, transitions on hover, and other events.
custom event creation?

basically give all those jquery plugins geared towards standard(?) content the
showtime treatment! keeping it as lightweight as possible.
