[#1079] Possibility to assign News to a menu item

Possibility to assign News to a menu item
Detailed Description:
Hello,
If I include the News block in my default Template, on every Menu item I see the
same News. So it was very helpful, if somebody can assign News to a special menu
item (or multiple items) where the News should be shown. For Example, take your
Content overwiew list and add Radiobuttons in front of every Item as a Choice to
select the publishing item in the creating process of News.

Alternative please make it possible, that the Template automatically show the
news, where the Category Name is the same as the Menuitem name. This should be a
2nd Possibillity to realize that.

You can create a menu (like menumanager does) by creating a stripped down news
summary template and calling it with {news summarytemplate='mynewstemplate'}
