I have 2 messages configured within the Orders module to quickly contact a
customer or a potential customer who has not completed payment but began the
order process.

After sending one of these messages to a customer, everything appears fine on
the order summary page.

However, when I attempt to use the dropdown box to change the order status (in
this case from "Proposed" to "Submitted"), I receive the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function cg_db_error() in
/home/XXXX/public_html/modules/Orders/lib/class.message_ops.php on line 101

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
