I'm getting a broken billing page (no page source as of content tag and
consequently no head section) when using latest orders (1.13.3) with latest
cgextensions (1.32.5) on a site using either 1.11.4 or 1.11.5 (as i've tested
with both). no php errors or smarty debug info(debug doesn't run when the pages
break like this). The billing page is using the "protected content" content type
as orders was not handling the "check for login and display form" the same way
as FEU(don't remember the details) so i used the FEU method. I just mention this
in case it's related as protected content functionality was recently temporarily
disrupted and restored by FEU versions. I originally thought the last two FEU
versions were breaking Orders but i reinstalled from backup and tried updating
without FEU and Orders billing page broke directly after updating cgextensions.
