[#7253] ScriptDeploy 8.1 wont install because it says missing dependency SiteUtilities v0.1 - even though SiteUtilities is installed

ScriptDeploy 8.1 wont install because it says missing dependency SiteUtilities v0.1 - even though SiteUtilities is installed
Detailed Description:
Making progress but it's still not installing right?

I checked the modules table and it is listed in there as version 0.1

So maybe there is a 'v' in the Script Deploy dependency that shouldn't be there?
