Summary:
Gallery not honoring 'uploads_path' and/or 'uploads_url' in config.php
Detailed Description:
Upon installation, Gallery aborts when the /uploads path doesn't exist, even
though I change 'uploads_url' and 'uploads_path' in config.php

All uploaded images also go to /uploads, regardless of overrides.
