[#5482] confirmation emails not send anymore after pressing restore factory template

confirmation emails not send anymore after pressing restore factory template
Detailed Description:
i use the complete CGEcommerce setup (Orders 1.10.2, Products, Cart, ect...)
everything is working fine ... until i pressed the button "restore factory
confirmation email template" on the Orders admin tab users or admin email
confirmation template.
On the last Orders step, i get the invoice overview, but on top there is the
message 'Message body empty' and there is no email confirmation send.

I have checked and double checked the email templates and these are ok, for
getting it work again .. i need to reïnstall the Orders module.

seems that pressing the submit (after changing the template) or pressing the
load factory settings button ... makes some changes to the Ordes module code.

In module.install.php, the functionality creates a site preference for storing
the template. It seems that the "Factory Reset" button, instead of setting the
preference back to the original template, instead sets up a template in the
cms_module_templates table (CGExtensions template?) so that when the
orders_gateway_helper goes to get the Preference, it doesn't exist, and the
CMSMailer module returns the "Message body empty" error. This happens for BOTH
the Admin Email and the User Email.

I had the same results with the same version.  Email not sent to admin or
customer, and the "same error message in "Message body empty".

Confirmed that CMS Mailer was installed properly.

This bug was fixed in the 1.11 or 1.12 series.
