"The address you specified for "cart" is invalid. Please ensure that all
required fields are completed."

I dont no to fix this, I filled out everything even the optional fields. What
Address is missing? It says from "cart" but what address has my cart?

There is error in template, look for {input_address1 and close the missing
bracket.
