[#4272] Ordernumber link missing in Order Manager list

Ordernumber link missing in Order Manager list
Detailed Description:
Using Orders 1.6.4 - 1.6.7 
AuthnetAIM 1.1

On one in ten orders the ordernumber link does not show up in the Order Manager
order list.  Otherwise the list appears normal and works normally.

I have checked the DB tables, and the order_number is present and appears
normal.  This error only happens about 10% of the time, and I've had no luck in
isolated the cause.
