I created my own form and after when noticed this problem i tried to use the
form templates which comes with the form builder module. The problem was a same
with the form templates.

In other words. When I click send button nothing happens. The same page is
reloading where the form is on the webpage and if the form has a required fields
and I leave these empty I wont get any error message either.
