Summary:
Handling with Attachments incorrect
Detailed Description:
If there are file upload fields in a form, they will not be checked correctly
when sending. Although no file has been uploaded, PHP Mailer tries to attach a
file.

-> check in the DispositionEmailBase.class.php or earlier if a file was uploaded
at all
