Samsung Internet browser causes the order to crash when returning from gateway. 
Payment is processed through gateway but quantities are not updated in system,
confirmation email is not sent, etc.
Error message displayed is:
"The transaction was not completed.  Either the operation was cancelled or some
other error occurred.  Please confirm your payment information and try again. 
We apologize for this inconvenience.  Thank you for your time.

Samsung Internet browser has between 6-12% of mobile market usage so the number
of customers who will get errors or for whom we will have to write a work-around
is significant.

More details:

Operating system = Android 7.1.1
Browser = Samsung Internet
 
The first payment works, is logged by payment system and redirects back to our
site, success message displayed, purchase receipts set, works fine.

BUT for any second payment:
The payment works, is logged by payment system and on return to our site the
above error message appears, no emails are sent, no record of what was paid for
is logged.
I can manually clear the browser history and that fixes the problem but
obviously not viable for our users.
