Summary:
submit to an arbitrary form does not send correct value for radio and country dropdown
Detailed Description:
The values for radio and country dropdown that are submitted are not correct,
for country dropdown the text value is sent, e.g. Australia instead of AU, and
the radio labels seem to send just 1, 2, 3 etc, depending on sort order, instead
of value (or label).
