[#11092] From name field in "Email to User-Supplied Email Address" is overwritten

Summary:
From name field in "Email to User-Supplied Email Address" is overwritten
Detailed Description:
The "From name" field set in the "Email to User-Supplied Email Address" is
replaced by the user supplied information in a "Email From Name" field.

So, instead of the user receiving an email with the from name I have included in
the disposition, it is replaced by their own name.

This can be avoided by not using the "Email From Name" field type with this
disposition, but is rather annoying.

Then don't use the "Email From Name" field. It is doing what it is designed to
do.

Use a standard text field and label it "From Name" if you don't want to use it
as your "Email From Name".
