Only replace instances of terms within specific HTML tags.
Detailed Description:
I am having an issue where glossary terms are being added inside the alt and
title attributes. It would be nice to specify which HTML tags to exclude from
filtering. eg. I would like the IMG and TH tags to not be filtered.
