Using relative-protocol URL's for root_url
Detailed Description:
Hello,

maybe it would be usefull to use relative protocol url for root_url, so cms can
aviod need for checking if connection is secured or not. I mean using
//www.example.com
insead
http://www.example.com or https://www.example.com.
Or is there some reason why this should not be used?
