[#869] Collapse/expand on the Reorder pages page?

Collapse/expand on the Reorder pages page?
Detailed Description:
When having a lot of pages with many subpages and reordering the top level one
can only move a step or two at a time, since the screen is not scrolling.

One way to get around this could be to be able to expand/collapse hierarchy
levels, like on the listcontent page. When collapsing all sub-levels it's easier
to reorder the top level.

I think I will just make the reorder page collapse the pages that are collapsed
on the page list. I don't think I could easily add expand/collapse links that
work to the reorder page.

People can just use the expand/collapse links on the main listcontent.php page.
