In a paid subscription environment, even if there is only a single 'membership',
SR still sends you first to a package selection screen.

I often cheat this by selecting the package, then copying the URL of that page
so that I can create links directly to it. Unfortunately, this hack is prone to
cause other problems as well.

A side note: defining the membership group in the cms_module call does not work.
When doing this the template will display the appropriate form, but after
filling it out the customer bypasses the need to purchase a membership, and the
user is automatically pushed to FEU.
