Summary:
https access via a separate IP address
Detailed Description:
I would for CMS Made Simple to have administrative access via a separate IP
address where you can only allow https port 443 traffic.

If the end user wanted to use port 80 they could, however having an option to
add an administrative IP and disallow 'admin' with permission denied through
regular port 80 access.

Or a redirect for the administrative access with https would be great via a
separate IP address for more security.

I think it's better to just use the way cmsms 2.x is using https, on all pages,
but the admin page should have a option to only run on https to.
Atm the only way is some sort of "redict" rules.
or make a custom notice on the index file, saying "hey you are using http, you
will now be redirected to https"
Or just move the person from http to https.

You can do this in your control panel or .htacceess files (setup HTTPS only for
admin access). and set the admin_url in the config.php No CMSMS coding
required.
