Hi,

It would be nice to have the option to add some custom fields to an order. Those
fields may be filled by the user.

For example, adding a calendard field for "Preferred date of delivery", or a
text field "Sponsor" so that the customer can write it's sponsorship number.

Maybe some fields, like Checkbox, could have an impact on the Price too.
