Global Languagestrings
Detailed Description:
As a translator I notice each time language strings which are the same in core
and several modules. For example: Yes, No, Module Upgraded to... But also a very
large list of country names, colors. Etc. Etc.
It would be a great feature if these strings would be in the core language
package. You will need to translate them only once and the language files of
modules would be smaller in size.


PS. I mean a seperate global language file which is shipped with core package,
not in the core language file itself of course...

Looked into 2.0 series. No module for TC is considered in 1-series
