Summary:
Add create date to $order for use in the templates
Detailed Description:
Adding the {current_date} tag in the invoice template is OK for the user when
the invoice is generated. However should the order need to be re-printed later
by the admin, the wrong date would appear.

Thanks in advance
Prue

Apologies, it is there as {$order.create_date} - just wasn't immediately obvious
and had to hunt around to find it. Maybe put in the default invoice template?
