How about an upload link/page where interested parties can upload images without having to login or register? Would be helpful to allow selecting more than one image and to have a dynamic dropdown box listing the current galleries to select from (Or NEW if a gallery doesn't exist). Admin can then approve/deny uploaded images before making them permanent.
