Clean up and improve the editing/deleting of users resetting lost passwords
Detailed Description:
This should be moved into the admin tab, and given more verbosity.  As well,
confirmations should be placed on each of the buttons.

It would be cool to be able to extract a list of these guys too to a CSV file or
to create a list in NMS from this.
