Link to support page in installer
Detailed Description:
We should create a Q/A style or FAQ style support page for installation
problems, with anchors above each entry.

Any error generated in the installer or the upgrader should contain a link back
to the support page, and point to the appropriate anchor.

There is a link to wiki.

making "help" link for every test and field would probably help someone tho..
