Option to choose more than one usergroup
Detailed Description:
I'd like to see in this great module an option to choose more than one
usergroup, that are allowed to submit orders. This is because sometimes there
are different usergroups that should be allowed to submit orders.

For example private customers and company customers. Those used to have
different fields in registration forms also and is quite tricky if not possible
to register in one group.

in Orders 1.6 (to be released this weekend) you can define a field map, to map
feu properties to billing address field for the selected customer group.   That
makes things easier.

Also, in FEU users can belong to more than one group, so the solution to this
would be to create a 'core' group with just the properties you want, and ensure
that your users are members of the two necessary groups.

i.e:
Group 'All Users' has these properties
   Name
   Address 1
   Address 2
   City
   State
   Phone
   Fax

Group 'Private customers'
   can have whatever other properties you want

Group 'Corporate Customers'
   can have whatever additional properties you want.
