at the moment, there's an option to add a "text input (multiple)" field to a
form. this lets the user add or remove one text field.

i'm building a registration form. it would be great if users could an unlimited
amount of extra participants - that is, when one registers for the event they
can bring more people with them. each of those extra participants has an
address, an email address, a telephone number etc. if they could just hit a
"plus" sign to add another box that includes all of these fields... would be
fab.
