Summary:
Delete or Remove Item url or button for individual products
Detailed Description:
The creation of a button that would appear next to each cart item and would give
the end user the ability to remove the product entirely from the cart.  This
would not clear the whole cart but simply one item.

I second this feature request. Would be a good addition.
