Summary:
Allow fields to be visible/editable when page type is not Content
Detailed Description:
When a page is switched to a Content Type other than Content, most of the
editable fields are hidden. This usually makes sense, but sometimes we need
specific fields to be editable for building navs or other uses. I'd suggest we
add a parameter to the {content} tag to allow it to be visible in all Content
Types, e.g. {content block='foo' universal=1} or similar.
The workaround is of course to switch back to Content, make the changes, then
switch back again.
