[#12400] Invalid user homepage should redirect instead of 404

Invalid user homepage should redirect instead of 404
Detailed Description:
If you set a homepage in My Account > User Preferences, then something changes
in the system to make that link no longer valid, you get a 404 upon login. A
better method would be to display an error message but go to the default
homepage.

A good example is where a lot of users had listcontent.php?etc as their homepage
in 1.x, but as this file was removed from 2.x it doesn't work.

Check, and if necessary update, all users' homepage setting, after each system
upgrade and after each module-uninstall or -deactivate. Instead of such
validation during each login.
