Summary:
Remove diacritics and spaces on file upload, switch file ext to lowercase.
Detailed Description:
In some cases, having spaces and / or diacritics in file names can lead to the
file not showing. Same can occur when a file extension (say JPG) is written
uppercase.
It could be nice when uploading files to automagically replace spaces by dash
and diacritics by their character without accent.
