Allow renamed admin dir on upgrade
Detailed Description:
On upgrade of an install which has an renamed admin folder, one now first has to
revert to the default 'admin' folder name.

Suggestion: allow an upgrade on a renamed admin folder

I would like to add here that it would be great if you could choose whether or
not you want your config file to be refreshed.

the renamed admin directory would remain the same, and any other customisations
too. The update process also overwrites the htaccess file in admin folder which
likewise could contain additional security measures.

Would be nice to see this addressed, or at least added to the roadmap so it
doesn't get lost.
