A small detail, that would help a lot of users is to move the translations, in
as modules.
So it's easier for both translators and site administrators to update
translations.

So for example.

1. Default updated language on the first install of cms.
2. Go into Module Manager
3. Find the "translations" tab.
4. Click the translation module.
5. Hit "install" or "update".
6. Have the latest version of a language.

This way, translation, can be up to date.
And site administrators can see when languages, got updates.
