Admin Log: show previous module version on upgrade
Detailed Description:
When troubleshooting a module upgrade, it would be handy to know which version
you upgraded from.

Currently the admin log shows "Upgraded module foo to version #.#"
Could this be changed to "Upgraded module foo from version #.# to version #.#" ?
