Two-Factor Login to Admin Console
Detailed Description:
User / Password pair is getting more and more unsafe on the internet.
Two-Factor login would be very more secure.
Would be nice if an sms (or en e-mail) with a code could be send to complete
login to the admin console.

CMSMS 2.3 already has a revised admin login mechanism that allows for third
party modules to augment the security.

I have already written a sample test module to allow for 2 factor authorization
to the admin panel using a fido U2F key.

So though 2FA will not be built in to the core, we will allow for third party
modules to implement it.

Would be nice if we could revisit this and make this into a devteam-maintained
but optional module supporting authenticator apps.

There are a number of already developed features that are still on the roadmap
for the new major version. This is one of them, we'll port the revised login
mechanism for sure
