[#10999] Cancel filter in Design Manager

Summary:
Cancel filter in Design Manager
Detailed Description:
Would be very very nice to have the possibility to quickly remove a selected
filter in Design Manager (but also elsewhere on the site). It now takes a hover
and 4 clicks to remove a previously selected filter.

More logical would be to have a "cancel/remove filter" button next to the
"Filter Applied" text to remove a filter with just one click.

For 2.2 I've added a 'reset' button to the form to reset the filter back to
defaults.  and since there is no longer an option menu on the templates or
stylesheets tab (just buttons) its down to 2 clicks.
