It would be useful to have the option to set certain field definitions as "read
only", so they can't be edited via the ListIt2 admin interface.

These read-only field would come in handy when you are creating ListIt2 items
via a front-end form or UDT, and the value of the field is for reference only
and never to be manually edited (deliberately or accidentally).
