It would be good to see two new preferences for each ListIt2 instance:

1. "Allow items to be re-ordered in admin" - default: Yes

- If disabled, admin users can still sort the items in the list, but they can't
save the order. When they return to the item list, the items always revert to
the specified order (see below).

2. "Default item sort order in admin" - default: item_ID, ASC

- When a new item is added, at the moment it appears at the bottom of the list.
It's possible to re-order the items, but it's a pain having to do this all the
time. It would be better if the default order could be set so that, for example,
new items appear at the top of the list instead of the bottom, sorted by
creation date.

The reason for this request is that many times an instance may be used for a
specific purpose whereby items are always output in a particular order on the
public website (e.g. news items are sorted by date). On the back-end, sorting
wouldn't have any effect so it would be good to make this instance more
user-friendly for clients.
