Summary:
Newly added pages not listed in Backend - Pages
Detailed Description:
Newly added pages are not listed in back-end - Pages. Adding pages works fine
and such pages are accessible from the front-end but in the back-end one has to
clear the server cache to list all new pages since the last server cache
clearance.

This is a setting in config.php. Since PHP5.3 the TimeZone setting is required.
