[#9951] Validate-via-Email Address gives "Error! Either the form has no form_builder disposition"

Summary:
Validate-via-Email Address gives "Error! Either the form has no form_builder disposition"
Detailed Description:
In a Form I use one Field " Validate-via-Email Address. 
I enter the data and submit. Confirmation mail arrived. Click on confirmation
link.
Back on site it throws error: 
Error! Either the form has no form_builder disposition, or it failed to
instantiate (due to memory issues?)
Fatal error: Call to a member function GetOption() on a non-object in
/kunden/302776_14480/dev-webseiten/dev-test/modules/FormBuilder/FormBuilder.module.php
on line 448
On FormBuilder.module.php on line 448 I have not done further investigation. So
I can not say which field and which option. Or where I can set or unset option
'crypt'.

Doesn't sound like the form was setup completely, you need to give the form a
disposition otherwise you get this error.
