Summary:
Generating sitemap.xml for the first time generates a warning
Detailed Description:
I receive this warning when trying to generate the sitemap.xml/robots.txt using
SEOTools2 for the first time. The file existed but was completely empty. Perhaps
add a check to see if the file is of zero length and handle it accordingly.
