[#9856] Admin log has hundreds of entries when upgrading to 1.4.1

Admin log has hundreds of entries when upgrading to 1.4.1
Detailed Description:
I upgraded ListIt2 from v1.4 to v1.4.1 last week, with six instances in a single
website. The admin log shows this message at least 3600 times (all listed as the
same date and time):

"Upgraded module ListIt2 to version 1.4.1"

I should also point out that my upgrade initially failed when doing so directly
through Module Manager, and I then manually upgraded each instance through
Extensions > ListIt2 > Instances tab > click on each tick at the end of the row
to upgrade. Not sure if this is relevant or not.

Endless loop in upgrade i know. Can't fix before Core hits 2.0 and i can break
LI2 and remove part of upgrade code that causes problems.

Until that happens, it keeps failing.

I suggest you run upgrades without MoMA, As far im aware there is no errors what
so ever, if you unpack tar.gz or import xml directly to console.
