The "Edit HTML Source" button also does not work in IE11.

TinyMCE compatability with IE11 was added in v3.5.9
See: https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce/blob/3.x/changelog.txt

Hopefully the CMSMS TinyMCE module will be upgraded soon to include these recent
fixes.

I think I have found a solution for this problem

Go to this: admin/themes/oneEleven/templates/pagetemplate.tpl
Below the  <meta charset="utf-8" /> on line 5

Place this line: <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=10"/>

Save it and it will work

Adding the line <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=10"/> to
pagetemplate.tpl did not work for me.
This line worked for me: <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible"
content="IE=EmulateIE10">

TinyMCE version 3.x is released, the module is a complete rewrite of all code.

Because of this, bug reports related to the old version are not relevant anymore
and will be closed. Please use the latest and finest release at your CMSMS 2.x
website and test again. If you feel like your issue still isn't fixed create a
new report. Thanks.
