Summary:
Variable naming conflicts with News module
Detailed Description:
Gallery and News both use variables named "nextpage" and "prevpage". When
Gallery is used together with News (embedding a gallery in a News article, for
instance), the $nextpage and $prevpage variables for News are overwritten by
Gallery causing the News pagination to break.

Please change the variable naming in Gallery to
$gallery_nextpage/$gallery_prevpage or something unique.

It's easy to change, but the change will break a lot of Gallery templates for a
lot of users. So I guess this is a "Won't fix soon" issue
