[#9545] Cataloger Template only updated in _module_templates

Summary:
Cataloger Template only updated in _module_templates
Detailed Description:
Cataloger(0.11.3) pulls its templates to edit in the backend from the table 
_module_catalog_template.
When TemplateExternalizer ist activated, a template edited, and the deactivated,
the templates are updated only for table _module_templates.

Problem:
If someone someone wants to edit a template in the backend without Externalizer
it shows not the updated(through TE) version.

This may be as well a cataloger problem to save its template in its own table.

Seems to be a Cataloger incompatibility.
