parent_lang variable not set correctly after cmsms update
Detailed Description:
After a system upgrade from 10.3 to 11.5, MLE didn't work at all: only english
pages and menus visible no german ones. Clearing the Cache changed the problem:
Now, the $parent_lang tag always is set to "de" (when printing it with
smarty:{$parent_lang}), no matter which language is chosen. Therefore for the
english pages, the german menu is shown, but the pages themselves (the $content
tag) show the english versions.
