Summary:
Importing items, utf-8 characters not appearing after import
Detailed Description:
Exporting from a utf8_unicode_ci database as a utf-8 csv file in phpMyAdmin, all
the characters appear fine when opened in a text editor. Once everything is
imported into a utf8_general_ci database a lot of characters are broken. Can
discuss in IRC when we chat next if you like.

The same for me. When importing an UTF-8 CSV file in version 1.4.1, the accented
characters are broken.
