Summary:
Commas in titles used as delimiter
Detailed Description:
Importing CSV using bar character ( | ) as delimiter and quotes ( " ) as text
enclosures, the title field ignores any content after a comma when present in
the title field.

My example CSV is as follows:

"title"|"position"|"categories"|
"Strategic Team Group, 10th anniversary hardcover"|"15"|"2"|


This results in 'Strategic Team Group' being added as the title and '10th
anniversary hardcover' is removed.

Your right, it seems to fail, investigating.
