Detailed Description:
Dear Calguy1000,

SelfRegistration/functions.php uses the deprecated "Split" in 2 functions

on a side note: I couldn't find any references to the "explode_with_key"
function. Maybe this is a reminent from the past and can be removed?

Still relevant in version 1.8.3 but we can replace split() by explode(), line
117 in SelfRegistration/functions.php
